ROLE PURPOSE
This position is responsible to assist to Program Coordinator ( Livelihoods) for effective leadership and assume overall responsibility for the performance of all financial literacy and Income Generation activieis component including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of high quality, innovative programs in specific location and coordination with operation departments and collaboration with other implemeantion sectors.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Assessment / survey
Assist to Program Coordinator for baseline/endline survey, Program assessments , market/value chain analysis, labour market analysis and data entry and assist in design of project activities in livelihoods programing in line with agreed work plan
Collect program data for operations research as needed Planning and implementation
Draw and set up annual work plan and then ensure to complete targeted work plan (DIP/APU) on time and quality fully and report to Program Coordinator.
Assist Livelihoods Programme Coordinator in preparing township work plan and budget estimation
Develop the project implementation strategies and operational work plan;
Assist all aspects of expansion for target villages , assist in village selection, beneficiaries selection and prioritization with Township Managers
Ensure the skill development training (Technical and Vocational Skill and Education Development Training), Financial Education, Business Skill Development and Transferable Life Skill training ) for targeted beneficiaries.
Ensure the cash grant providing for trargeted beneficiaries and secture for cash disburcement.
Ensure the good practice and quality business plan for difference type of communities.
Solve immediately any field level implementation and Reporting to the Program Coordinator fully and on time;
Responsible for addressing any project-related issue quickly and raise any potential risks or issues to the Programme Coordinator.
Ensure the Child Participantion and Child risk management for the whole project implementation
Supervise overall operations of the targeted areas with regards to the community skill development traning, training facilitation skill improvement and implementation;
Inform Livelihoods program coordinator regularly the update of local information and actively participate in the effective adaptation of implementation approach ,with creative idea in the context of update situation IEC and Procurement process
Developed the Procurement Plan and ensure the guideline of Donor and SCI principle.
Assist the Livelihoods Program Manager in ensuring that project inputs are provided in a timely manner; procure/arrange for project supplies and materials as needed.
Coordination with communication focal and Supply chain team for Printing and design developing under the donor visibility guildline.
Work with financial, administrative and logistic staffs regarding all programmatic aspect of the project. Budget Management
Assist funding needs, managing cash flow and cash request to Program Coordinator;
Manage Volunteer to implement activities within budget and in accordance with the agreed work plan Reporting.
Provide the regular field visit report and updating the Mothly Actual Progress Update of program achievme and planning.
Assist to generate monthly and annual reports on all operations under supervision coordination with Program Coordinator;
Supporting and mentoring the quality program report for volunteer and youth leader.
Regular supporting and collecting the partner update achiemvement, key challenges and update ocal contex Training Managrment
Assist in developing training manuals and IEC materials
Organize, administer and facilitate capacity building activities in geographic areas of assignment.
Facilitate the staff capacity building TOT training for volunteer.
Conduct thematic/sector specific vocational training and Business skills building sessions among community members and other stakeholders in area of assignment
Facilitate the Financial Education development training and creation for good learning environment of financial literacy base on communites’s best practices.
Promote the communities’ behavior in best practice of fianancial eduction.
Facilitation and support for entrepreneurship in target beneficiaries base on community learning enviropment development.
Facilitate the Transferable Life Skill Training to targeted beneficiaries and ensure to get good practice in personal development. Coordintion and Liaison
Assist the Livelihoods Programme Coordinator in coordinating with Partner organization, other organizations / Sectors and local authorities, in their area of jurisdiction (e.g., township or villages, as the case may be).
Represent the Financial and income generation activities component of the project to Local Authorities, project staff and donors; Person
Coordinate development efforts of Financial, Business Management and Transferrable Life Skill component to ensure well integrated in to overall project. At least 1 year experience in related field (assistant level) Livelihoods
University degree or equivalent experience
Experiences in FE & BSD, grant provision, TLS,Vocational and relative activities
Experience or willing in working at hard to reach/ remote areas with limited resources
Respect the local culture, belief and tradition and eager to learn from community. Understanding of local dialects is preferable
Strong commitment and dedication for development of grass root people
Good team member and willing to work with various type of people
Computer proficiency (or at last willingness to learn)
Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles.
Good local Language communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent personal organisational skills, including time management, and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Willingness to travel to field offices and work in difficult environment according to travel requirements
